Originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames as a children's coat rack and previously produced in bright colours or lighter shades, "Hang it all" is now also being offerd in two new dark-hued versions. In contrast to the earlier models of "Hang it all", whose balls are likewise made of wood but coated with an opaque layer of paint, these new editions feature a clearly visible wooden grain. This lends them a natural, almost artisanal flair. The new versions of "Hang it all" consist of black powder-coated steel wire combined with wooden balls made of black ash, or brown powder-coated steel wire with balls made of walnut.
