Hang it all

Charles Eames, 1953

Hang it all is a cheerful version of a coat hook. Instead of simple hooks, its brightly coloured wooden balls encourage you to hang up literally everything. Thanks to the regular distance between the balls, the wardrobes can be butted up to create a continuous row.

The original colour composition of Hang it all was from Ray Eames. In celebration of what would have been her 100th birthday in December 2012, Vitra and the Eames Office are launching three new versions of the coat rack. The models feature the fresh colours of red, green and white -and present excerpts of the new Vitra Colour Library.
